hotel upgrade handwritten note personal escort
this hotel had the 'wow' factor. we were upgraded and everything was AMAZING. there was a personal, handwritten note cute us to the hotel. we were personally escorted to our room and shown around.
all other staff were reactive and WAY too young and inexperienced to manage guests' expectations of a five-star hotel.

The hotel has a superb location right on the lake. It makes sightseeing very easy. the staff provided great assistance. the hotel offers beautiful views. I enjoyed it a lot.
some hallway noise was noticeable in the mornings.
